scotty's

A new restaurant opened in Columbus!  And it's one of our favorites in Indy - a place that Corey's parents found in Muncie when they were living in New Castle.  Since then, Scotty's has grown to many locations - including Columbus!!  We waited until it had been open for 1 week, and then we went 3 times in 1 week.  That's right - not a typo.  And for some odd reason, Corey is holding a number 3 in this next photo (but this was our first visit - so it wasn't a set up!)

And getting serious about drinking some milk (he LOVES straws .. so much so that we actually have to hide them or we know he will want them).

The good (and maybe the bad?) thing about Scotty's is that is it right next door to a huge indoor playground (the Commons).  It does provide help for a needed toddler diversion when he just can't sit still any more.  However, I have a feeling when he gets older and realizes that it is so close, we will always have to stop on our way to the restaurant.  Small price to pay for good food!
