A laughing baby has to be one of the best sounds. Ever. Here is one way to make a baby laugh: kick a paper towel ... which will make the dog go crazy ... which will make the baby giggle with delight. (the video quality is horrible - the camcorder was running out of memory so it defaulted to the lowest setting possible).
